GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Tinyloc devices are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase by the user.

In case that battery is a rechargeable type, this will have one year warranty. When the purchase has been made through the web www.tinyloc.com,  buyers have 15 days to test the product from the time the order has been released to make a return. In case of exchange or refund, you must return the product back in its original packaging with all accessories, instruction manuals and documentation. For its collection, please contact our sales support service. Refund will be given in the same way customers have made the payment. For other cases, regulations in each country or guarantees from the seller will apply.

Tinyloc equipment warranty covers factory defects in components and labor, provided that the use of the product by the user has been adequate.

Any action carried out in the factory on Tinyloc devices within a 24 month period, will not extend the original warranty in any case. Any repair has a warrant for six months over the same issue repaired.

The warranty DOES NOT COVER IN ANY CASE:

• The loss of an equipment component.
• Damage caused to the equipment by the animal itself.
• Accident, misuse or neglect of the equipment by the user.
• Manipulation or alteration of equipment assembly.
• If the product is not waterproof, damage caused by the presence of moisture or water in the internal components.
• Problems caused by external agents: natural disaster, fire, collision, flood, lightning…
• Transportation of equipment without proper protection.

THE GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS SHALL ONLY APPLY IF THE MALFUNCTIONING DEVICES ARE DELIVERED TO THE FACTORY ALONG WITH THE APPROPRIATE INVOICE INCLUDING THE SERIAL NUMBER.

In order to offer a better technical service, we advise you to attach an explanatory note with the details of the fault or anomalies in the operation of device. We suggest to check the equipment correct operation with the instructions manual.
